Order Cancellation (EU)

In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

If you wish to withdraw, simply notify us of your decision within this period. Once your request is received, we will send you the return instructions and the address to which the product should be sent.

For a refund to be issued, the item must be returned in its original condition: clean, complete, unused, and with its packaging where possible.

Once the product has been received and checked, we will proceed with a full refund of your order using the original payment method.
